The Boston Flower & Garden Show, produced by Paragon Group at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston's new Seaport District, will host Blooms! presented by the Massachusetts Horticultural Society. Blooms! will incorporate two complementary floral design competitions -- one produced by the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts and the other by the Massachusetts Horticultural Society.
