Amica Ranked Highest Again

Lincoln, RI (July 1, 2011) - Amica Mutual Insurance Company has been ranked highest in customer satisfaction among auto insurance companies for the 12th consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power and Associates National Auto Insurance Study.

The ranking is based on a survey of nearly 28,000 auto insurance customers who were asked to rate their primary insurance companies on five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment and claims. Amica earned top scores in all five areas, scoring a total of 843 points out of 1,000 possible points. The industry average score was 790.
