How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. Children under 6 are free! Senior (65+) tickets are $8, with ID. Active and retired military personnel with appropriate military ID (white active duty or blue retired military cards) are $5.
How do I purchase tickets?
Full priced adult and children's tickets can be purchased online; all tickets may be purchased at the door. Senior tickets, military tickets and tickets using discount coupons must be purchased on site at the box office for discount to apply.
Are group tickets available?

Can I get a refund?
No, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Will tickets sell out on site?
No, tickets will never sell out on site.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes! Full priced adult and children's tickets can be purchased online. Tickets requiring IDs or using discount coupons must be purchased at the on-site box office. We encourage you to buy your ticket in advance so you don’t have to wait in line.
Do I need to print out E-tickets I purchased online and bring them to the Show?
Yes, you MUST print your E-tickets and bring them with you to the Show. The bar code on each ticket must be scanned for you to gain access to the Show.
Can I buy tickets on my mobile phone or device?
Yes, tickets may be purchased using mobile devices. As long as the bar code is visible on the mobile device our scanners can scan it, and you do not need to print your ticket.
Do you take credit or debit cards on site?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards may be used to purchase tickets at the door. We do not accept Discover or debit cards. Please be aware, some vendors and food stations may not be capable of credit card sales. There is an ATM located in the concourse of the Convention Center, for your convenience.
Where can I get a discount ticket, coupon or code?
Coupons may be available for reduced ticket price. Visit our Home page for information. Adult tickets are $10, children’s tickets (ages 6-12) are $5, children under six (6) years old are free, Seniors (65+) are $8 with ID, and active and retired military personnel with appropriate military ID (white active duty or blue retired military cards) are $5. Coupons are for reduced admission on ADULT TICKETS ONLY. Coupons and other discounts may not be applied to children’s, senior or military tickets.
Can I use a discount coupon to purchase tickets online?
If the discount coupon includes a code for discount ticket purchase online, you may enter the code when purchasing the tickets. If no such code is on the coupon, the discount may only be applied when purchasing tickets from the on-site box office.
