What are the hours of the Expo?
Friday, 10:00pm-7:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Box Office closes 1 hour prior to the end of the Expo each day. The best hours to attend the Expo for ease of parking and smaller crowds is in the late afternoon and early evening.

The Seaport World Trade Center is located in Boston's Seaport District at 200 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210.

Please keep in mind that the Show is held at the World Trade Center and the building dictates all prices and rules regarding parking. The Show only rents the space from the building and therefore has no influence or control over prices, rules, and regulations regarding parking in and around the World Trade Center.
Where is the nearest EV charging station?
The Seaport Hotel (1 Seaport Ln, Boston, MA 02210), conveniently located across the street from the Seaport World Trade Center. Please visit the U.S. Department of Energy site to search for local charging stations.

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for Seniors (65+) with ID. Children 12 and under are free! Bonus: included with the purchase of admission to the Expo is your choice of a 1-year (12 issues) subscription to Golf Digest or a 1-year (36 issues) subscription to Golf World, both valued at $7.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
Are group tickets available?

Can I get a refund?
No, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Will tickets sell out on site?
No, tickets will never sell out on site.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes! Adult tickets can be purchased online. We encourage you to buy your ticket in advance so you don’t have to wait in line. Discounts requiring an ID must be applied at the on-site box office, and are not offered online.
Do I need to print out E-tickets I purchased online and bring them to the Expo?
Yes, you MUST print your E-tickets and bring them with you to the Expo. The bar code on each ticket must be scanned for you to gain access to the Expo.
Can I buy tickets on my mobile phone or device?
Yes, tickets may be purchased using mobile devices. As long as the bar code is visible on the mobile device our scanners can scan it, and you do not need to print your ticket.
Do you take credit or debit cards on site?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards may be used to purchase tickets at the door. We do not accept Discover, or debit cards. Please be aware, some vendors and food stations may not be capable of credit card sales. There is an ATM located in the main entrance of the Seaport World Trade Center.
Where can I get a discount ticket, coupon or code?
Please visit our Hours & Admission page for discount information. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for Seniors (65+) with ID. Children 12 and under are free! Coupons, if available, are for reduced admission on ADULT TICKETS ONLY. Coupons and other discounts may not be applied to children’s or senior tickets.
Can I use a discount coupon to purchase tickets online?
If the discount coupon includes a code for discount ticket purchase online, you may enter the code when purchasing the tickets. If no such code is on the coupon, the discount may only be applied when purchasing tickets from the on-site box office.
General Questions
Is the Expo open to the general public?
Yes, the Expo is a public event. The public Expo dates are February 28-March 2, 2014.
How can I contact Expo management on site?
Expo management will be located in the Show Office during the Show, 617-385-4900.
Are wheelchairs available at the Expo?
No, there are no wheelchairs available at the Expo. You must bring your own.
Help! I’ve lost my party.
Please arrange a meeting place before entering the Show. There will be no paging.
Is there a first aid station/nurse on duty at the Expo?
No, there is no first aid station at the Expo.
Is there a coat and/or package check at the Expo?
Yes, there is a coat and package check located on the show floor.
Are strollers allowed on the show floor?
Yes, strollers are allowed at the Expo. However, there will be many people at the Expo, so smaller strollers will be easiest to manage on the show floor.
Are strollers available at the Expo?
Strollers are welcome at the Expo, but you must bring your own. There are none available to rent.
Is video and photo equipment permitted on the show floor?
Yes! We encourage you to take photos and videos of you and your friends at the Expo. Photography equipment, including tripods, is welcome. Of course, we ask that you do your best not to interfere with anyone else’s enjoyment of the Expo while you line up that perfect shot. So the lighting tent would be best left at home.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, the lost and found is located at the on-site Show Office. Once the Expo has ended, all unclaimed items will be turned over to building security. Please contact the Seaport World Trade Center, (617) 385-5000, for more information.
Is food available at the Expo?
Yes, the 19th Hole concession stand is the perfect place to relax and enjoy snacks and beverages (including alcohol). There are also many eat in and take away restaurants around the World Trade Center. Download our Seaport dining guide here. May I bring food and drinks into the Expo?
Yes, you may bring bottled beverages and small snacks into the Expo. Setting up a four-course meal on the show floor, however, would be frowned upon. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the Expo. No alcohol may be brought in from off site.
Can I leave the Expo and come back later?
Yes, you may leave the Expo and return on the same day. Make sure you get your hand stamped upon exit in order to be allowed re-entry. Your admission is only valid for one day. If you wish to leave the Expo and return another day, you must purchase a new ticket.
Are pets allowed at the Expo?
Assistance dogs are allowed, family pets are not. If your assistance animal is more exotic than a dog (monkeys, birds, reptiles, etc.) please call show management. Dragons and unicorns are welcome.
What was Expo attendance last year?
Expo management does not release attendance figures.
Note: As a public event, media, patrons and the public itself will be taking photos and video. By purchasing a ticket, you are granting permission for your likeness to be used in Expo representation.
